Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 28/07/2025

These Terms and Conditions apply to all work carried out by Supreme Electrical unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Quotes & Pricing:
  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  • Prices are based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Changes to the scope may result in additional charges.
  • Travel, materials, and compliance costs may be included or itemised separately.
Payment Terms:
  • Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless agreed otherwise.
  • Late payments may incur interest and recovery fees.
  • Materials may be invoiced upfront for larger jobs.
Access & Site Requirements:
  • The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the site.
  • If work is delayed due to lack of access, additional charges may apply.
Cancellations:
  • Jobs cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Special-order materials may not be refundable.
Warranty & Workmanship:
  • All work is carried out by qualified electricians and meets New Zealand electrical standards.
  • We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products.
Health & Safety:
  • We follow all required health and safety procedures on site.
  • If unsafe conditions are identified, work may be paused until the issue is resolved. 
Limitation of Liability:
  • Supreme Electrical is not liable for delays caused by weather, third-party suppliers, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the services provided.
Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
